Our Pet Stain and Urine Removal Process

Clene Start uses a UV black light to detect urine in the carpet and and a moisture probe to determine the severity of the pet stain or stains. Once the stained areas are located, a urine treatment is applied to the area of the stains. After determining  the severity of the stain, the urine treatment is agitated and saturated into the carpet padding or furniture’s fabric. We then use a “water claw” to extract the urine treatment solution. To ensure all of the pet stain and odor is removed, we use a clear water rinse with an odor eliminator. If any stain or odor is still present we will repeat this process.
